Here we see `Thornton Force`. It is just one of many waterfalls which can be found along the `Ingleton Waterfall Trail` in the `Yorkshire Dales National Park, England`, an area known for its outstanding beauty. The trail itself takes visitors along winding rivers and streams, hilly and partial mountainous regions, open countryside, through thick woodlands, and of course seeing the sights of many waterfalls along the way. It is around 8km in length and luckily also has picnic and resting areas for those who may find it a little hard going. All in all a great day out for hikers, ramblers, and families who enjoy a `get away from it all` experience.

A beautiful place a lovely phototure, well composed with the tree and bracken in the foreground and the nice details of the stone leading to the waterfall. I think I should try to pay another visit next time I go up north. Wendy
