This is one of my favorite steam locomotives in the world! She's short, squat, and mean looking, and she just looks like she means business!! Named "Tuolumne" by the Roaring Camp and Big Trees Railroad in Felton, CA in honor of her history, No. 2 is ex-West Side Lumber Co. No. 3 and holds the distinction of being the last steam engine in commercial lumber service at Tuolumne. This 37 ton two-truck Heisler was built by Stearns Manufacturing Company in Erie, Pennsylvania in 1899. I did this in selective color and black and white.
