Whilst scouting for locations on this rock ledge I spotted an area where after large swell had gone through that the water rushed out. I moved on but kept coming back to think about composition of this image.
It took a few trial and error shots to get the timing right but when I did the results met my expectations - and 'Flushing Rock' was captured.
