Nice country setting in Tennessee. Large pond in the front yard and landscaped well. Nuclear backyard.... This was an odd setting to me but everyone has their opinion and not everyone has the same choices. Maybe they enjoy the view? Maybe the land was free and that was their best option to build? Interesting subject to ponder on, I guess.
