Some people ask for things as this when a loved one passes. I photograph the little things I would like to remember... Like my Great Grandmother Georgia's Faith... and her Handwriting :) She was 18 when she signed her name to this already weathered Bible, which I believe was only 4 years old at the time. She used to sit at the kitchen table that looked out over her flowers and document the birds she saw that day. Along with a small cup of coffee on a saucer, and her Bible. To add a funny note, she also read The Enquirer & Star magazines... and she drew clothes on the women who she thought was dressed a little too skimpy. :) LOL

Thank you! My great grandmother was such a tough lady. She used to dig a hole in the garden, lay the baby in it, and cover it with a blanket in order to harvest the corn, etc. Back in the day you had to do whatever it took to survive... which means a lot more work than we have to do now.
