Zantedeschia aethiopica, commonly known as Alcatraz, creek, creek Ethiopia Ethiopia ring, water lily, cartridge, duck flower pot or flower, is a perennial herbaceous plant of South African origin, grown as an ornamental for its showy spathes white. It is the most robust perennial plant of the family Araceae, and widely naturalized in the genus Zantedeschia. Tropical origin, supports however frost. This was taken in Costa Rica at Juan Castro Blanco National Park
