Location

this is my granddaughter Willow at 3 months old Flexi loves the "new baby" too

Time

this was taken in the afternoon Willow and Mum came up to see us and flexi the cat wanted to be in on the action

Lighting

the sun was very bright but we have a pillar that blocks the sunlight so i used this to block the very bright summer sun

Equipment

this was shot with a nikon d810 hand held using the 18-55mm kit lens

Inspiration

i wanted to keep on record how cats will give back the love they receive this cat is nearly 20 years old

Editing

no just changed to jpeg with photoshop

In my camera bag

i use my nikon d810 usually with my nikon 300mm 2.8 lens because wildlife is my favourite subject so a portrait photo from me is rather rare

Feedback

i can't really advise anyone on taking this shot as it was off the cuff and completely unexpected who would expect a cat to love a baby like this
