Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my father in laws field which is located in the middle of the beautiful village of Bromham in the County of Wiltshire.

Time

The image was taken whilst cleaning my horses, at around 1600. Whilst walking the field the flower just jumped out at my against the sky.

Lighting

Very lucky with the lighting, the sun was behind the clouds so spread the light perfectly for this image.

Equipment

Using a Sony Alpha 230 with the 18mm- 55mm kit lens

Inspiration

I carry my camera every where we go and can be struck be inspiration at any time.

Editing

No editing was done with this picture.

In my camera bag

I have recently got to a stage where I am proud of my photographs so in my kit all I have is my Sony Alpha 230 and the kit lens - I'm in the processes of saving for a Nikon d5200 and various other pieces.

Feedback

Always have your camera to hand, you never know when you may be stuck with inspiration. Also if out looking for landscape pictures in local beauty spots, keep an eye out for benches - they are normally placed in spots with an awesome view!.
