Why does her right hand look so much more aged than she does?

Good observation, I think something happened to her hand. When I took the photo she was about to perform in the park. I didn't bother to ask her but I observed it when I took the photo. It was her costumes attracted me and her vibrant lipstick. I was thinking to reshoot them when I was at the place but her and her group did not answer.
