Location
The photo was taken in the gardens. It was one of the pinpoints in photography for me as it familiarised me with the focuses on my current and first proper camera.Time
It was taken around about lunch time in the pelting sun.Lighting
I felt the shot was just right with the rays of the sun highlighting the details of the hoverflies body and face.Equipment
No flash, with a Nikon l320 that had the setting close up applied.Inspiration
It was a natural process I had never seen or had knowledge of before.Editing
No editing needed to make it as natural as possible. In my camera bag
Just a lense wipe and spare batteries!!Feedback
A lot of patience is needed to find a similar event and to take photos of different angles of flies. It can be tricky to hold a steady hand.
