This is a horse from the historic Sombrero Ranch in Colorado. The Sombrero believes in keeping the traditions of the western lifestyle alive. Every spring they gather up 400 or so horses that have run free on hundreds of acres of winter pasture and drive them 62 miles to Craig, Colorado where they will begin their summer jobs as part of the largest herd of saddle horses in the USA.
