It was taken with a Canon EOS 600D with a 55-250mm lens. It also helped that we were only a few metres away. I'm really pleased with the shot, thank you for your comment.

To me there is nothing more elegant and majestic then the Elephant. I would be in my glory to one day be able to photograph one that is not locked in a cage or chained to the wall.
