Location
On Canada day I went out on a glass roof boat tour in Toronto.Time
Night time! 10pm-11pm.Lighting
The lighting was generally good because of all the fireworks going off. The scene was bright and easy to focus on due to all the fireworks.Equipment
Canon Rebel T3i 600D, no flash.Inspiration
I had never shot fireworks before and I thought this night would be perfect for it, which it was.Editing
No post-processing.In my camera bag
My camera and both my lenses. My basic starter lens (18-55mm) and my telephoto lens (55m-250mm).Feedback
Bring a tripod! It's not a must, but it will make life easier. Take lots of photos, you'll have lots to choose from when you're looking for the perfect shot.
