The smoothening effect is just a tad too much and it would be really awesome to see the flowing clothing be a little more sharp, but all around this is a great image. It looks like you may have had someone toss up the cloth. You seem to have a great mastery in editing so I would suggest having them hold it and then photoshopping them out. The colors are amazing, so warm. Really pops! Love it.
