That particular photo was taken from a small lookout in Kiryat Shmona, north Israel. It is posited toward the Golan hights and the nearby valleyTime
I remember I was a student at the time. On that day I had some time free so I woke up early that morning. I've already caught some other photos when I saw that mist moving toward the valley. Had to move faster to catch the moment. I got to that lookout around 7.30A.M. Really love the photo I gotLighting
