I live in farm country. A good chunk of the fields are corn and this is what a corn field looks like mid-winter of a light snow year. Not yet enough snow to cover over these little stubs. Makes for quite a hypnotic display of farmer's geometry as you look out over the distance.

Love this! I walk corn fields in late winter and early spring a lot and this image has such a neat pattern.
