Location

This photo was taken in Mordialloc which is a bayside suburb in Melbourne.

Time

I took this photo around 5.30 on a cold winters morning with lots of fog around.

Lighting

The light from the rail yard lit up the fog with mystic and the lines leading towards the fog worked for me.

Equipment

I used a Nikon D880e handheld with a slow shutter speed.

Inspiration

I like train lines and fog and darkness.

Editing

A lot of post-production mainly to enhance the colour of the light.

In my camera bag

It depends on the shot I'm wanting to take.

Feedback

Look for nice lines to lead the eye somewhere and use light and colour to balance the frame.
