This photo was taken in Dubai, U.A.E. A place full of wonders and amazing opportunities to photograph. I'm a self taught photographer.Time
This is probably one of my best and one of my favorite vibrant images of all time. I remember walking on the streets of Dubai at night around 9:30pm walking around with a tripod and my camera, photographing street life and cars. This was probably one of my best night photo-shoot.Lighting
I thought of doing some long exposures as I had my tripod with me, so I set up my tripod at a really low level and took a photo on 30 sec exposure, and I wanted to experiment what will happen if I zoom in while the long exposure takes place, so as the long exposure was going on, I zoomed in, and now, this beautiful image is the result of zooming in while a long exposure takes place.Equipment
This was shot with a Nikon D3200 with an 18-55mm lens. And a tripod.Inspiration
I've always wanted to try night photography and light trails, it was on my "to photograph list" for too long, so one night I went alone as none of my friends were ready to come, so i thought it'll be a little adventure on my own, and indeed it was. I was searching for a place to photograph light trails and once I found a nice road where there is no traffic, I set up my tripod and started photographing light trails.Editing
According to me, light trails don't need much post-processing, as it is a collection of beautiful and vibrant colors. But for this particular photo, all I did was increase a bit if exposure and I little bit of contrast, and the post-processing was done.In my camera bag
Well, being a beginner motorsport photographer, I never forget to carry my 55-300mm and my camera, Nikon D3200, and my favorite lens... 50mm 1.8!! Who could go out without a 50mm??? And my trusty tripod. I do carry my laptop sometimes to copy the images and empty the card so i can take loads more of photos again!!Feedback
Since I photograph lot of drift and motorsport, and street too!! I can tell that none of them is as easy as some people think, for example, if you are shooting a motorsport race, and you don't know where, how, what, and when to photograph, your photos will not come out as you expected, but don't give up there, learn, learn, and keep learning. I started photography about 2 years ago, and there has not been a day that I've said "I have learnt everything" I still do learn by myself and by many other fellow photographers on events and photo shoots! If you want to be a good photographer, keep learning and help the upcoming beginners.
