Great shot but I'm confused, why would put this in a contest called "The Texture of Insects" This is not an insect.

Location
The photo was taken in my work garden, in Antananarivo.Time
It was a sunny day, about 9:30 amLighting
It is juste one flash with a diffuser just above, manualy triggered with a YN622Equipment
i use a Canon 6D and reversed 85mm 1.8 + macrotube and A flash with a diffuser just aboveInspiration
My attention was attracted by the way he was hiding in the leaf and just pulled his head down with a small smile, it was just beautiful to see that, it was something I did not see every day :)Editing
On post-processing, i've just add some vibrance, the detail is about the shoot itselfIn my camera bag
Actualy In my bag i have a Canon 6D, 40mm 2.8 STM, 85mm 1.8, two trigger for my 580ExII and some of reverse ring and non-AF macrotubeFeedback
Try not to rush too much to not scare them, talk to them, try to be quick in camera adjustments, focus, then thank them for the photos taken :)
