Since there are no curtains in the kitchen, I waited until it was dark...Lighting

Set the camera to BULB mode with a low ISO (100) and a small apeture (f22) Turn on your LED behind something (the dark cloth) and then make fairly quick loops directly behind your chosen object. Try not to loop in the same place too much - AND have fun...!
