The local has already a very interesting and well distributed light. At this day it rained a little increasing the light of reflection from the roads.

Inspiration

To me this sight seems a funfair.

Editing

Yes. I improved the light to seems more like a funfair through "Shadow/Highlights" button at Photoshop.
