Behind The Lens

Location

Took this photo while walking from a bus stop to a volunteering gig at a local hospital. The route was littered with the petals of the poinciana trees that dotted the sides of the street.

Time

After the sun came out but before it was too hot - so around 8 am. Miami.

Lighting

Natural. Compltely

Equipment

My iPhone 5! I laid in the middle of the sidewalk and lucked out with an incredible capture.

Inspiration

As part of the 'would you rather' game, I was asked if I'd rather be attacked by a horse sized duck or many duck sized horses. As silly as it sounds, this made me think of different points of View and perspectives.

Editing

A bit of color correcting but nothing major.

In my camera bag

My phone.

Feedback

Look around you! Sometimes the most beautiful of scenes are the simplest.
