I took this photo at my place, in Paris.Time
It was in the middle of the afternoon. Windows shot, lighting setup.Lighting
I used several colored lights, to have more control over each channel, then desaturated them. One blue, two whites, on orange. The blue one was a spot light, the others were soft boxes. Nothing fancy tho.Equipment

I work as a retoucher 25% of the time, and I had a makeup artist by my side. Both are important for this kind of photoshoot. Either focus on having a good makeup artist with a good budget for the makeup, or have a basic makeup with a good knowledge of how to retouch. Work on it, take a few days break, go back to it, repeat the process and you'll see new mistakes you've made!
