Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken during a stopover to shoot along a national highway. This plant just grew along the highway and starts to blossom of a wonderful blue hue.

Time

This photo was taken around 9 in the morning. The sun was behind a hill providing a wonderful diffused light for the photograph.

Lighting

I shoot in available light, shooting in this situation requires a good sense of foresight on how the photo will come out using the right tools and sense of the settings to be used.

Equipment

I used a Nikon D7000 with a sigma 70-200mm lens.

Inspiration

I am always attracted to good colors and state of things which is not always photographs like in this photo that the flower is still starting to blossom. It adds drama and a good story to the photograph.

Editing

Yes I have post possessed the photo just to enhanced the overall appeal of the photo but no superimposed objects and the like.

My camera, ultra wide lens, zoom lens and some filters and tripod.
