This shot was taken around 8 pm in August just as the street lights and pier lights were coming on and the sun fell behind the in coming cloud cover.Lighting
Wanted a soft light , but not sunset colours to give a limited pallet .Equipment
manfrotto 190XPROB tripod, Pano Head, Sony A7, FE 28-70mm lens, variable ND filter.Inspiration
The light and weather were just right to give me the image i wanted.Editing
Most of the processing was in Lightroom 5 , Colour corrected, and basic clean up. Photoshop CC for Final clean up and sharpening.In my camera bag
I alway travel light ,i only take 2 lens FE 28-70. canon EF 70-200L , mount adaptor , ND Filter and Table top tripod. Sony A7.Feedback
A good tripod alway important for long exposure ,keep going back to the same location different times of the year and shoot in different light.
