Taken in Warsaw Poland, this is one of only a few buildings left developed and built to honor Stalin when he was in power. The people of Warsaw hate this building and wanted to tear it down. But because the building is so massive and huge. (you have to see it in person to get the idea) That if they tore down this building it would upset the water table so drastically that they would suffer dire effects from it. So they kept it but stuck a banner on the side in the hopes to beautify the building. They just don't see the great architectural significance of such a designed building and the beauty and design involved in this structure. They only see it as an eyesore and how they where oppressed after WWII by the Russian government.
