As I was traveling on a road trip from Sydney to Melbourne this was a chance encounter and I had to use the available light at the time. I chose these trees as they were well suited to the position of the sun.Equipment

I saw this blast of colour in the distance as Imwas approaching this area and just had to stop. I was seeking a very simple composition and found this worked well.Editing
Yes this was processed in PS. Increased saturation. Increased contrast a little the had to find a nice balance between the yellow and blue given they are opposing colours on the colour wheel.In my camera bag

Take a good range of shots with a variety of compositin styles. Simple is good. Nice balance is composition is great. Shoot a little darker then normal. Watch highlights. Have fun exploring your creative boundaries.
