Looks to me like a mom and babe playing piggy back and happy doing so... :-) these can actually be poisonous grasshoppers and the colorful shell is the natural indicator. They can spit foam at predators. I've been very fortunate that I have photographed the ones that want to hit Nat Geo or Red Carpet stuff and they've held back on the foam stuff....
