Location
This was taken in the North Open Space of Louisville, Coloradoin the morning after a rainy night. As I was walking my dog I noticed the water droplets caused by the leftover dew! I thought it would be interesting in B&W and walked on from there. It is the seed head of a Salsify weed and it's seed head is similar to the Dandelion but much larger!Time
It was around 8:00amLighting
It was overcast but the sun was in and out that morning!Equipment
Canon 6D body with 100/f2.8 Canon-Macro L handheld!Inspiration
The sparkle of the droplets!Editing
Changed to B&W and played with sharpness, contrast and clarity all in Lightroom! In my camera bag
Now I have Canon 5D MKIII and 7D MKII, a Canon 400/f5.6L, Canon 17-40L and Canon 100/f2.8 Macro L. and a compact Monfrotto tripod!Feedback
Just keep your eyes open when rambling thru the fields and woods! One never knows what image lurks just around the next tree!!
