All that remains of the structures that once were here for yellow sulphur extraction. The Sulphur 'works' constructed from concrete, almost withstood the partial collapse of the rim in 1914 unfortunately because of the massive land slide and Lahar no people survived. The Volcano is sleeping and periodically puffs and rumbles to remind us ... it is still alive...
