This one gets it. Outstanding reflection. Check some of mine out, if you like. Voted.

Location
I took this great photo at the Calgary Zoo. I heard the baby tigers were out in the adult enclosure so I went in hopes of getting a great photo.Time
This was taken before the afternoon heat of the day.Lighting
The natural light is what worked with this photo. I kept my White Balance on Auto.Equipment
I use a fixed lens Fuji S100FS Camera. I took my tripod only to help me stable my camera. It was to crowded to set up for a shot.Inspiration
I just love the tigers. The baby tigers were in the enclosure but was to far away from my fixed lens to get a good photo of them. The old male tiger was pacing the enclosure and went for a drink. I was inspired with the reflection in the green pond. It made for a great contrast photo.Editing
I only boosted the photo in color to help with the orange of the cat to pop out of the green pond and grass. I sharpened the photo a bit since I didn't like the smoothness of the photo. I wanted it to be sharp. In my camera bag
I take my camera, tripod, lens cloth and always an extra battery when I go to the zoo.Feedback
When you are at the zoo taking photos of animals, it is not always necessary to take a full photo of the animal. Take a partial shot, like just the head, part of the face, or just the stripes of a tiger or zebra. I take lots of different angels. Don't go with what is safe, try different, and unusual. Try contrast, and look for colors.
