Location
I took this in the fields around Broadtown, Wilthsire, UK.Time
Sunset, around 8.30pm in midsummer.Lighting
Nothing in particular. Natural light is the best light :)Equipment
Nikon D5100, 18-55mm lens.Inspiration
I wanted to do a timelapse of the sunsetting in the distance with my mate in the foreground. I took a photo every 15 minutes, this just happened to be my fave one.Editing
I did wee bit of post processing in photoshop to highlight the sunlight bouncing of the grass in the field to give it more of a warm feel.In my camera bag
Nikon D5100, couple of spare batteries, torches, mini camcorder, 18-55mm lens.Feedback
If you don't have a tripod like I didn't at this point, then a very steady hand, which fortuantly I do. I tried to use the slowest shutter speed possible and the lowest ISO I could to maintain image quality, but of course this will depend on how steady you can keep your hands. Other than that, just go with what your heart tells you and feels right.
