Words cannot express the emotion of this photograph. If you are the person in the photograph, thank you for your service. If you are their relative, please thank them for me.

You realize that Humana Healthcare is using this image as a member logs out of his page, right? No clouds though, but this is the image.... I hope you made a 'killing' on this image as Humana has millions of members.

Great photo- I happened to see it used in an ad in our local paper today, for mid continent cable, and wanted to make sure you knew it was being used commercially, it has been altered from the original image here (different sky).

Location
This photo was taken in Yuma, Arizona on my last tour in the Marine Corps.Time
10amLighting
All natural lighting. I wanted to make it look like a candid shot.Equipment
Canon 5d Mark II, hand held.Inspiration
There is only one thing that takes away all the pain and scarring memories from a combat deployment, its the moment you get your loved ones back in your arms again. I've experienced this first hand and wanted to recreate that moment.Editing
No post processingIn my camera bag
I'm normally a studio photographer, but I carry a Fuji 100x with me at all times.Feedback
I think having been through this experience really help me capture the moment again. That first hug back from deployment is the most powerful feeling in the world.
