Did you go to Hobby Lobby, buy a pretend frog and a decorative moth and pose them like this? :). It's amazing that you were there at the right time and quick enough and good enough to capture this shot. Congrats!

can i add a huge question? you may answer me privately....there is currently a massive thing about staged "frog" images, a thin fishing line, a bit of super glue to the butterfly (your image) to get this shot.....i`m concirned about how some guys get the shot, i`m not saying you did! but tell us me more! plz! how long did you wait for the frog to get on this spot and when did then butterfly eventually arrive?.... not being a tjop, but to me, these images look too staged! sorry buddy! if i am wrong, you will receive a massive appollogy!

awesome. Is it manipulation . I have never seen a butterfly sitting on a frog

Makes me sad to see this, something like this will never ever happen in nature , I can see the frog was manipulated by the reddness on its under belly.

photos of animals try in the morning between 06.00 to 10.00 am. At that time the animal is still less activity. Try not to hold or touch directly, Use leaves or branches. Moreover, a new butterfly from the cocoon was minimal activity. And of course in the early morning light was very soft.
