Spaghetti Warehouse Streetcar
In Tampa Florida, a place called Ebor City..there is a place called Spaghetti Warehouse. I've wanted to go for many years and today, we went. It was beautiful and to say about not judging a book by the cover is an understatement in my opinion pertaining to this place! From the outside, it is complete brick with a small brick courtyard at the entrance, parallel parking with very few spaces and a parking garage a block away. Neon sign lights the entrance. When you go in, it is breathtaking to see antiques at every angle. The greatest surprise to me was this old streetcar that was placed in the middle of the restraunt in one section. The wood interior was fabulous and the signs that decorated the upper walls were all antique signs from Ivory Soap to Castor Oil (and being careful of impersonators of the castor oil). Today was $5.00 day which was amazing price for the service, atmosphere and taste. It was worth the wait of going and maybe we'll go back one afternoon for the $8.00 day which then will be a 15 layer lasagna day!! I hope you enjoy looking in the window of the street car, located inside the restraunt!
