Location
Palouse Falls is one of the most beautiful in Washington state. It is located in the South East of the state in Palouse Falls state park. I always visit that amazing place on the way back from Palouse.Time
It was the time before sunset, my favorite time - golden hours. The sky was so beautifulLighting
The light was perfect, the sun lightened the canyon.Equipment
It was shot with Nikon D800E with 14-24mm lens. I used wide-angle lens to capture the falls and part of the river and canyon.Inspiration
I love to photograph waterfalls. When I saw Palouse the first time I was absolutely amazed by its size (about 200 feet) and uniqueness.Editing
I did some post-processing in Photoshop CC.In my camera bag
When I go on a trip I usually have wide-angle lenses 14-24 and 16-35 for photographing landscape, and one telephoto lens Canon 100-400mm.Feedback
The best time to photograph this falls is sunset and sunrise with soft light. Clouds would make great difference. This falls is a nice place to photograph at night, with starry sky this falls looks amazing.
