This cow skull is at a Native American park and historical site. Among this are many Native American relics, statues, sculptures, and artifacts. This park is located near downtown Wichita along the banks of the Arkansas river. This is also the site of the "Keeper Of The Plains" sculpture which stands over 180 feet tall and was a gift from Black Bear Bosin, to the people of Wichita which the Wichita tribe and the Kansa tribes originally occupied this area!
