Location
I took this photo from the safety of my bedroom in Littleton, Colorado. A storm came through town, and I didn't feel safe adventuring outside of the house in the storm. I setup my tripod and camera from my bedroom window facing south, and just started shooting.Time
This shot happened around 7:30 in the evening.Lighting
Outside lighting.Equipment
Nikon D5100 with a 18-55mm wide angle lens, tripod, and remote shutter release.Inspiration
I have always loved lightning pictures, and the challenge in trying to capture the unexpected shot, also, I wanted to get some of my own lightning shots to share with others. This was one of my very first shots of lightning that I have captured.Editing
