The combination of fierce, dry heat from December through May and a hot and humid 'green' or rainy season, create a wealth of crumbling, flaking and peeling patinas on walls ans doors. Most of the doors are of wood, and once again the 'Nica' eye, and taste for colour contrasts provides a rich palette of photo opportunity.
