I wanted to capture the serenity of the scene from the lake's edge.Editing
Not much post-processing was necessary to render this image except a slight increase in brightness and clarity.In my camera bag
When I took this photo, I was traveling light, with only the NEX-7, mounted 24 mm lens, lens brush, and wireless remote in my bag; and a travel tripod slung over my shoulder. Today, I typically take my Sony A7RIII and the lens I believe will be most suitable for the anticipated photo opportunity, and place camera and mounted lens in a holster bag sized for the combo. Other items in the bag: extra battery, pen and paper, lens brush, and wireless remote. I use a backpack when more than one lens is needed.Feedback
I didn't plan to take this photo, the opportunity presented itself and I was fortunate to have my camera with me. You are more likely to have a camera with you for unplanned opportunities like these if you travel light with a versatile configuration in an easy-to-carry bag.
