Tarpon Springs Hydro Plant

While looking for a resturant to have lunch, I came upon this hydro plant I had never noticed. The smoke stack drew me to this spot, as I could see it from miles away. I do not know anything about it, so will welcome all who read this, tell me what you know! The stairs leading down to the water canal, was a twofer, I love me some stairs. The ocean is out of sight, to the right of this photo.
