Behind The Lens

Location
In London , Hampton Court. But not where the posh people go, I offered to cover a Irish gypsy wedding. I was so amazed how beautiful this young girl looked without makeup , so I captured are while she was having her hair done. No special lighting at all , just the reflective light from the mirrors in the hairdressing room.
Time
This was around 11:00am
Lighting
No special lights just reflective from the mirrors in the Salon.
Equipment
Canon 5D mark 3 EF 50mm f1.4
Inspiration
The young bride was nerves and upset about something. I just tried to cheer her up, as you noticed she was looking away from they camera. Personally it turned out to be my favourite from all her wedding images with make up.
Editing
No , I shoot raw and just worked around with a few shadows, to retain her natural look.

Feedback
The only advice is to work with your subject, and be passionate and honest at all times , it brings out the real person in front of the lens. The best shoots are the easiest to capture. Work closely with light , it's your best friend , combined with your camera skills.
