In the indigenous language to this area of South Africa, Tsitsikamma means 'place of much water'. The range stretches 80 km east to west and at its highest point the range is 1,675 m (5,495 ft). The Tsitsikamma National Park is well known for its indigenous forests and dramatic coast line.
