I wanted to test the AI image creator so chose a place nearby and asked for it to be in the style of LS Lowry (famous for his matchstick men people as well as cats and dogs).
This was the best of 3 images. I shared it to a local group and got surprisingly, more likes than angry faces - although one person said there were never any houses beside Blackpool Tower.

A search through old black and white photographs soon proved them wrong.

So, should we be worried about images created by technology?

Personally, I'm more bothered about travel writing and blog articles being produced to make money from affiliate income - for destinations these "writers" have never actually visited.

We can spend time studying images more closely, not so easy to do that with fictional travel stories just to get some payback from hotel and guided tour excursions.
