Amazing to see the Great Grey Owl fly. It has fantastic powers of hearing and its ears are offset one above its eye to the side and the other below the eye to the opposite side. This allows it to pinpoint prey beneath cover such as undergrowth or snow. The bird has very long legs to capture prey.
