One of the bravest models for my Women in Wilderness portraits. As an olympic swimmer, Savannah is no stranger to embracing and leaning into cold and discomfort, becoming at one with the water. This was in a cold river, in the rain, on a chilly Canadian autumn day.
Part of a years long photography project I'm working on called Women in the Wilderness. I travel across the country to connect with women who have found healing and connection in nature. We go to their favourite places.
