A few years ago in a very rare "creative" phase, I had a go at compositing in Photoshop. This image, entitled gunpowder plot, was the result. For anyone that doesn't know, the gunpowder plot was an attempt to blow up King James 1st during the opening of parliament and is now celebrated-commemorated in the UK with fireworks and bonfires.

New Zealand also celebrates this event for some reason, even though 75% of the population want to ban public sales of fireworks. Interesting that we "celebrate" a failed terrorist plot.
