While vacationing in Helen, Georgia, we dined at the fabulous Old Bavaria Inn, located in the heart of the quaint Bavarian-styled village. The restaurant decor and costumed staff create an atmosphere of delightful old world charm and grace.
My wife ordered her favorite dish - Rouladen, with spaetzle and red cabbage. Rouladen is tender beef rolled with onions, bacon, mustard and pickle, and served with a rich beef gravy. It was delicious.!!
