What a morning above Funningur, Faroe Islands. It’s just above where we are staying this week, which is in the bottom right. We popped up for sunset, but you lose the light behind the mountains to the right too soon, so sunrise it was to be, and an epic sunrise at that!! Got so many different images in a few hours here, rain, valley full of clouds, dawn light etc. all to come soon…
However, this image was just perfect, catching this bird in the middle of the frame AND in the sun ray… just perfect!!
