I took this portrait in Jaisalmer, India. This woman was apparently a worker in this fantastical carved city. There's an ancient fort, built in 1156, perched on a pedestal overlooking the city. The fort has palaces, temples, and some elegant mansions, plus shops and residences. There are more picture of Jaisalmer in my India collection.
